Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Trial Lesson: New students may schedule one 60‑minute trial lesson at the standard rate with no further obligation.
• Semester Commitment: After the trial, students commit to a 15‑week semester of weekly lessons. This consistency ensures steady progress.
• Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a lesson. One make‑up lesson is allowed per semester. Additional missed lessons will be forfeited.
• Refunds: Because we reserve a dedicated time slot for each student, tuition is non‑refundable once the semester begins. In cases of extended illness or relocation, we will work with families to find a fair solution.
